Petrus Garefelt has been engaged in developing machine learning techniques to give a better understanding of the interplay of labour market dynamics and skill networks. Petrus received his master’s degree in University of Gothenburg, where he later was employed as a research assistant at the Centre for Regional Analysis. He is currently a doctoral student at the Department of Geography in Umeå, where he conducts research on the nexus between ‘geography of jobs’ and ‘data science’.
